  1. Acknowledge having read and accept the standard Terms and Conditions of Easy Track Ghana, Ltd.
  2. Confirm that each traveler will have a visa for entry into Ghana as required
  3. Confirm that each traveler will have received a Yellow Fever vaccination before arrival in Ghana
  4. Confirm that each traveler will be covered by their desired level of travel insurance
