- Morning pick-up in an air-conditioned vehicle: Kumasi location of your choice.
- Visit Lake Bosumtwi, possibly Kumasi's most popular weekend getaway destination.
- Africa's only meteorite impact lake offers various activities, including boat riding and trails for hiking or horseback riding.
- Lunch at one of the lakefront resorts and visit the village of Abono.
- Afternoon drive to the Bobiri Forest and Butterfly Sanctuary. Over 400 species of butterfly have been recorded at this beautiful forest.
- Visit to one of the last Ashanti shrine homes at Besease on the return to Kumasi.
