	Day 1	Safe transport to your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle.
	Accra	Refresh and relax. Neighborhood or Accra city orientation as time permits.

		Meet your guide at 8:30 AM and depart on guided tour of Accra.
	Day 2	Visit to Kwame Nkrumah Monument, Independence Square, Makola Market,
	Accra	historic Jamestown, W.E.B. Du Bois Center, fashionable Oxford Street in Osu.
		Overnight at a mid-range hotel in Tesano.
		Flight to Tamale, Ancient Mosque, Mole National Park
		African World Air flight to Tamale from Kotoka International airport in Accra.
	Day 3	Meet guide in Tamale at 9:30 AM. Visit the mud-and-stick mosque at Larabanga.
	Mole	Afternoon safari walk at Mole National Park (15:30 to 17:30).
	3 hours	Overnight at a budget lodge in Mole National Park.

		Morning walking safari at Mole National Park. (half or full day driving safari is extra).
	Day 4	Experience a special culture performance at the nearby Mognori village.
	Mole	Afternoon safari drive with the elephants at Mole National Park.
		Overnight at a budget lodge in Mole National Park.
		Mole National Park, Kintampo Falls, Monkey Sanctuary
		Morning game viewing at Mole National Park (6:30 to 7:30).
	Day 5	Quickly depart towards Kumasi, stopping along the way at the refreshing Kintampo Falls.
	Kumasi	Late afternoon fun with the monkeys at Boabeng-Fiema before continuing to Kumasi.
	6 hours	Overnight at an upscale hotel in central Kumasi.
		National Cultural Center, Manhyia Palace, Kejetia Market
		Morning visit the National Cultural Center, one of Ghana's best museums.
	Day 6	Home of the Ashanti King, Manhyia Palace, and the Komfo Anokye Sword.
	Kumasi	Shopping experience at West Africa's largest outdoor market, the vast Kejetia Market.
		Overnight at an upscale hotel in central Kumasi.
		Ashanti Craft Villages, Healing Shrine, Butterfly Sanctuary
		Morning depart to visit craft villages around Kumasi showcasing traditional crafts:
	Day 7	Kente cloth weaving, Adinkra cloth stamping, wood carving. Visit a healing shrine.
	Kumasi	Short hike in the beautiful forest of the Bobiri Butterfly Sanctuary.
		Overnight at an upscale hotel in central Kumasi.
		The Slave River, Cape Coast Castle, Central Elmina, Beach
		Morning depart for the former slave market and cemetery at Assin Manso.
	Day 8	Tour the U.N. World Heritage Site and former slave dungeon of Cape Coast castle.
	Elmina	Explore the hilltop Ft. San Jago and fishing lagoon in central Elmina.
	4 hours	Overnight at a 3-star beach resort in Elmina.
		Kakum National Park, Crocodiles, Birds & Bees, Beach, Culture Performance
		Morning visit to West Africa's highest rain forest canopy walkway.
	Day 9	Crocodile ponds and weaver bird community at Hans Botel. Stingless bee facility.
	Elmina	Relax poolside or at the beach. Culture performance of drumming and dance.
		Overnight at a 3-star beach resort in Elmina.
		Abandze Beach, Ft. Amsterdam, Last Minute Shopping, Departure
	Departure	Departure for Accra, visiting scenic Abandze Beach below Ft. Amsterdam.
	Day 10	Last minute shopping at the Tetteh Quarshie craft market or other venue.
		Visit a typical family compound home. Traditional blessing for safe journey.
